The plot is amazing if you're looking for a good manga.

There is ecchi. It's obvious initially, but then the theme tones down dramatically later. And even if there is ecchi, it feels creepy, perfectly capturing this manga's message.

The art also goes from a 5 to a solid 9.5 very quickly.

as long as you don't get caught in dangerous gambling yourself, it's 5* : )
